Ugandance Outreach Team

We were the chosen few from our DTS class. The photo above was a huge surprise our beautiful staff leader's Aren and Alicia hid in the staff room and came out dancing to an African song and read out the student's names going to Uganda. Mixed emotions filled the class room as the rest of our class mates were the chosen one's to stay back in India and become the sunshine team. 

It began the preparation to Uganda. It was a crazy busy and challenging time with different personalities, life experiences and building new friendships. But God hand picked us for a reason and it was by faith we were going because we didn't have much and this was during the cash crisis with the 500 and 1,000 rupee notes suddenly became illegal. This was a set back but it set us up to pray and fast.
